What is the "Power Hour"?

A Power Hour is designed for business that are working toward being more intentional in their daily fundamental actions to create an easy system that can be duplicated, trained or outsourced and prepare them to scale.

This session is a 1-hour, 1:1 with me, where we dive into nitty-gritty of exactly:

• how many new connections to add to your audience each day,

• how many prospects (aka leads) you need to qualify each day, and

• how many direct offers you need to make each day,

• combined with my recommendations for how to leverage relationships.

My system of daily fundamental actions has some built in flexibility to adjust to a min/max system of weekly actions for when life or self-care need you more! Balance and healthy mindset is critical as you approach your business each day.

Why Fundamental Actions?

Fundamental actions are your income producing activities (IPAs). Peace of mind AND GROWTH come from knowing the ratio of daily activity that's going to get you to your revenue goal, not guessing. It's not a one size fits all. Factors like how many marketing channels you use, what your conversion rate is, and what your annual goal is will have a direct impact.

The added benefit of creating a lead to client selling system is that it helps you develop a HABIT OF CONSISTENCY. Yep. Consistency.

Having certainty of action and a habit of consistent action is the easiest way to grow revenue, and also to prepare to scale.

You can still course correct to reach (or exceed!) your revenue targets this year, even if you're less than halfway there right now. Simply by understanding fundamental actions, how many of each to take each day, and how to leverage relationship to improve their quality - the only "but" is: you've got to implement!

What Information Do I Need to Make this Session Valuable to You?

In this session, we will focus on 4 key metrics in your business and I will require you to provide them to me so I can prepare my analysis for our meeting:

1. Sales revenue, tracking to annual goal - you can find this in your payment processor if you don't track it.

2. Average sale price - we will calculate this (total revenue ➗ #net clients)

3. Sales conversion YTD - we will calculate this (total clients ➗ total completed sales conversations)

4. # Leads added to pipeline/ month, and their quality - how many were added to your email list, CRM, etc

From this one session, you will be equipped with a solid plan of fundamental actions to take every day, and how many of each you need to reach your goal. The fundamental actions are: Building your audience, Qualifying Leads, and Making Direct Offers.
